Sunday, February 18, 2007.....This morning we slept in a little. Everyone was very tired from all the traveling. Barbara and I in Capetown and Joe, Mishael, Martha and Danny traveling from the Farm. All this being said, we had our coffee and cereal and just talked...some scriptures....some other. We then went to the mall to check out some hand-carved doors and tiles. We didn't find what we wanted and will have to wait until Monday when other stores are opened. We came back and I updated my blog and checked my email. We then put in a DVD about the identity of the Anti-Christ. It is very interesting and seems to be totally scripture-based. The DVD was made in 2005 at a Prophesy Conference by Dr. Joe van Kovering (sp?). We relaxed most of the day and, in the evening, we watched a movie called “Invincible”. It was very good.

Monday.....Time is winding down here. Today, we went again to town to look for tile (with animal figures) and the carved door. Again, we were warned about the danger of downtown shopping. It is just like other places where you have to be smart on where you go and be cautious. Of course, we didn't have any problems. We found a beautiful carved door but the cost of shipping it back is prohibitive (3 times the cost of the door). The rest of the day was again very relaxing and restful. We watched a movie and had popcorn and then retired.

Tuesday....We were ready to go to do a little shopping when Ed Corbin of Jackson Ridge Children’s Ministry came by to say hello. We heard of him through Glenn Garvin as they are the coordinators for Royal Family Kids Camp in Africa. We had a nice visit with him and Tom, one of his workers. We then jumped in the car and did a little souvenir shopping. We didn't buy anything at all....PTL We returned and did some packing as we had to re-arrange all of our bags. Then to bed.

Wednesday...(Since I have packed my laptop, this is what we have planned.) Our day to leave South Africa.....up and load up the car and leave late morning. We headed towards Johannesburg and stopped at a tanning place to look at some animal skins. Then, on to Carnivores to eat lunch and then to our final shopping and packing before going to the airport. We then went to Midrand to wait out our time before going to the airport. Jan and Jenny came by and we were able to say goodbye to them before we left South Africa.
